Exchange and Return Policy

Replacement requests for the product shall be notified within 7 days of receipt in the event that the product is broken, not arriving in its proper condition, or missing one of the parts.
Terms and Conditions:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be returned in the same box it was received in.
– Please contact the customer service department before returning the product to issue a return authorization.
– In the event of a return or replacement request after 7 days, the purchase amount will be returned to the customer as a credit for purchasing from the store.
