Golden Ace and its agents are responsible for providing a two-year warranty on all parts, and the warranty includes all malfunctions if they are not broken or misused.

Warranty. We understand that quality is as important as the price.
Warranty Policy:
• Warranty period: All products are guaranteed for two years from the date of receipt (except for consumable parts).
• Malfunctions: The malfunctions covered by the warranty are factory malfunctions that appeared despite the installation, operation, and correct use of the product, and any other malfunctions will be dealt with by the maintenance department as detailed in the instruction book by the manufacturer.
• Communication: If you need any maintenance during the warranty period, do not hesitate to contact us
• Exception: Warranty is voided if the equipment is serviced by the customer or by a party not approved by the manufacturer. The warranty does not include machining breakage as a result of misuse
• Maintenance: If a manufacturer defect appears during the warranty period, maintenance and replacement of any spare parts will be carried out free of charge.
• BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY: The invoice and the product warranty must be preserved from loss, damage, or removal; As it is the original reference to the guarantee, and in the absence of it, the company has the right to refuse the guarantee.
• Please note that all of the above-mentioned services are not included in the services of the spare part.
