You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account data and password and for determining who accesses your computer or our Application, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may use Golden Ice Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Golden Ice reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or modify content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Delivery Policy:

We will use specialized companies to deliver orders.

When the delivery is done, you will be asked to electronically sign or sign a copy of the invoice and this signature serves as confirmation that you have received the products in full as shown on the invoice.

If you are not at the specified address, we will deliver the order to any person at this address and sign it on the invoice electronically or on the invoice copy, and when any of those in the address signs the delivery request, it is considered that the customer has received the items on the invoice.

If the address specified by you has been reached and we cannot deliver the order, please contact customer service to set another date for the delivery of the order. The company is not responsible for any order not delivered within 30 days from the date of the order.

It should be noted that the incoming calls to your mobile must be answered so that the representative responsible for the delivery can coordinate with you on the date of delivery of the order. Please note that the official working days are from Sunday to Thursday, and delivery is not available on Fridays and public holidays.
