Delivery Policy

Upon delivery, you will be required to provide either an electronic signature or a signature on the invoice copy as confirmation that you have received the products in full and in good condition as stated in the invoice.

If you are not available at the specified address, the order may be handed over to any person present at that address, and their signature will be considered valid confirmation of receipt.

If delivery cannot be completed at the given address, please contact our customer service team to schedule another delivery attempt. Golden Ice is not responsible for any order that remains undelivered after 30 days from the order date.

Please ensure that you answer incoming calls from our delivery representatives to coordinate your delivery time. Note that working days are from Sunday to Thursday, and delivery services are not available on Fridays or official holidays.
